Terms of service
These terms cover the AllStackd paid beta. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
AllStackd is an operations layer for Amazon SES accounts you own. You connect AWS through a reviewable CloudFormation template and a temporary IAM role. Email delivery stays in your AWS account. AllStackd is not a hosted email service provider and does not replace Amazon SES billing.
Anyone worldwide may sign up if they can lawfully enter a contract and provide accurate account information. Third-party services you use (AWS, domain DNS, payment processors) have their own terms.
Plans and payments
Published prices are Portfolio €9/month or €89/year, Studio €29/month or €289/year, and Agency €79/month or €789/year, unless Checkout shows otherwise. A single 14-day trial starts when you select one of those plans after signup. No payment method is required during the trial. When the trial ends, the workspace stays limited to billing until checkout for a paid plan is complete. Connecting AWS does not start or extend the trial. Prices exclude Amazon SES and other AWS charges, and may exclude applicable tax.
Subscriptions renew until you cancel in the billing portal. Payment receipts come from Stripe. Separate legal invoices may be issued when required.
Your responsibilities
You control your AWS account, sender domains, recipients, content, and consent. Use domains you own and verify in SES. Do not use consumer mailbox domains (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, and similar) as From domains. Keep API keys private. Honor opt-outs and suppressions. Comply with anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to your sending.
Do not paste long-lived AWS access keys or SES SMTP passwords into AllStackd. Connection uses a scoped IAM role with a unique External ID only.
Acceptable use
Send only to people you have a valid reason to email. No purchased, harvested, scraped, or guessed lists. No phishing, malware, fraud, or attempts to bypass AWS or AllStackd controls. Keep bounce and complaint rates within AWS limits. We may pause or disable traffic that puts recipients or connected SES accounts at risk. Report abuse to support@allstackd.com.
Security
AllStackd assumes a customer-created IAM role with a unique External ID. Sessions are temporary. Observe mode is read-only. Control mode may process message content briefly to queue and submit email; content is encrypted and deleted within 24 hours. Deleting your account disables API keys, AWS connections, and sending immediately.
Retention
Encrypted message content: up to 24 hours. Readable recipient and raw event diagnostics: up to 7 days. Normalized delivery events: up to 30 days. Usage aggregates may be kept longer for billing and reliability. When you delete your account in Settings, Stripe subscriptions are canceled immediately, the Clerk sign-in is removed, and workspace operational data is deleted immediately so you must sign up again to return.
Subprocessors
We use Clerk (auth), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting and queues), Stripe (payments), and Amazon Web Services (only inside AWS accounts you authorize). Google Analytics may return after a consent mechanism is added; it is not loaded in the current beta. Questions: support@allstackd.com.
Beta and liability
The service is a paid beta and may change. No SLA applies unless agreed in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllStackd is provided as-is and is not liable for customer content, AWS decisions, recipient filtering, or third-party outages. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
